    Topic: Morse Code !

On Nokia mobile phone mostly the old types (3310, 3510 etc) I think it's on some new models.... blah blah blah..

The question is in the message settings you can select Ascending as a message alert, what does the morse code spell out ?

i dont get it either but that is the two word catchphrase for nokia, what that has to do with morse code will need to be explained to me.

    actually now i get it

if you listen to the ascending ringtone on nokia phones you get the following sequence of beeps in ascending volume

    -.-. --- -. -. . -.-. - .. -. --. .--. . --- .--. .-.. .

translated from morse to english it spells out CONNECTINGPEOPLE

to tell you the truth that was hard.....i only vaguely got close as there are so many Nokia ads on Tv....sms is easy.....connecting people is beyond my limited morse....

Who invented the Morse code and why? :D
