    was watching the comedown on mtv one night and there was this cooltrack on it, it was a sample from some tony blair speech where he said "The lunatics have taken over the asylum", there was come cool mixing in it...

    'twas was kickin' and the video was funny.

    Anyone know who it was?

    Yeah i'm pretty sure its coldcut - revolution EP or similar.. its sitting on the shelf at home, pretty old track.
