Making mouse move faster (outside of cpanel)

    Hi, I have a really slow optical mouse, all my settings are set to fastest for movement speed, is there any other program/way to speed up the mouse some more in winxp ? thanks

    What make/model is it?. Presume you've checked the makers web site and googled the problem?

    its a kensington, its not quite a problem, i just like faster mouse speeds tbh.

    assuming the windows mouse speed is up high,
    have you checked if any there are any settings in the mouse software?
    also are there any options to change the reolution of the mouse?
    ie
    high res mouse on low res screen = super fast
    low res mouse on high res screen = super slow

    Try some kind of pad. It will make your mouse glide faster. Try glass one.

    Is this a new problem with new mouse?
    Is it just the mouse running slow or the whole OS?
    If the whole computer is slow, ie take long time to open program and open web page then you might have SPYware on your machine.
