How do I set up a 24 x 7 webcam?

Hello, I'd like to stream a 24 x 7 webcam from my apartment window. I have Windows XP, and I'd like the streaming to restart after a reboot. My internet connection is IBB Breeze. Do any of you know how I would do this? Thanks, Steve

Try this site Webcam World

It will take you through step by step to setting up your streaming webcam. Good luck and keep us informed of your progress. I might set one up myself in the shower!!

try a software called "iWatcher" as you can set it to only stream if there is movement!! and only send x amount of images per minute/hour etc..
I have the demo version and it is quite good
