Does anyone nows why there are a lot of 2003 1.2 L confortline VW Polo available on the used cars market at the moment?

Was there something wrong with the production on that year?

Is there something wrong with that serie of cars?

This series polo had a few teething problems that may be still teething.

1- 1.2 12v 3cyl engine have oil leaks out from front crank pulley, In serious cases the Alternator belt gets destroyed and breaks leaving you on the side of the road.

2- Its common for the rear brakes to be noisy first run of the day.

3- Ignition coil failures are common on these.

4- Lights on warning buzzer stops working ( Internal fault in dash panel/clocks)

5- Seriuos water leaks in both front footwells, ( The little german guy forgot to seal about 1" in lenghth of the inner wings before the outer wings were fitted.

Anyone out there with a Vw/Audi Repairing by a proff then Im the man
