fedora core won't boot off cd

    i have fedora core 3 on cd when i put it in and turn on the machine it boots straight to windows bios is set up to check cd rom first and when i put mandrake cd in it boots that no prob, also the fedora cd is fine becuase i just used it on another machine

    I had machine/cd like that ...
    It was one set in particular that wouldn't work.

    Advise : re-burn the images, or get someone to.

    I had a problem similar to that when I tried using an DVD of Mandrake I got off a magazine, it just wouldnt pick up and boot.

    some bioses don't like booting off cd's/dvd's, you could try a 'smart boot manager' floppy disk and force it load the cd
