Wifi & Bluetooth? (they interfere with each other)?

    Did I read somewhere that Bluetooth & Wifi don't work together (they interfere with each other)?

    I want run Bluetooth from one machine.
    The other machine in the room is connected to the lan wirelessly.

    Any I going to have problems?

    Bluetooth frequency hops around the 2.4GHz ISM freq as part of a security feature so no, you won't have any probs.

    also bluetooth hops and uses channels in that range that have little or no interferance, ie, are unused by another bluetooth device or 2.4ghz device.

    if you have one of those wireless tv transmitter things, it will kill both bluetooth and wifi.

    I have been using a Bluetooth mouse with my laptop, which is connected over Wifi for the last year without problems.
