Last year I went to Malbork Castle in Poland last year (you may remember it from Jackass, it was one of the stops on the Gumball Rally, it was the home of the Grandmaster of the Knights Templar) and it had the most impressive toilet I've ever seen. It was a wooden stool with a hole in it hanging over a massive drop down into the moat.

Attached is a photo from the grating beside the toilet (I wasn't allowed near the toilet to take a photo of the "view"). The moat is dried up but imagine the satisfaction of hearing a plop from that height!
