Have IOL\Esat dropped bb installation fee?

Mate of mine is getting iol bb under the trial and he said they told him that they were dropping the installation charge if you stayed with them. i think have to transfer your voice calls to them as well and before you had to sign up for one of their voice packages too to get free installation but this is no longer the…

Its Kinda true,

The installation charged is waivered if they decide to take up the home phone
offer with ESAT because theres no contract or connection fee with the Phone
package.
