    Hi,

Just wondering is it possible to purchase a lead to connect a DVD player (3 pin or SCART) to an RF only (i.e. bog standard analogue aerial input) TV?

    No.

You would need to get a rf modulator to change the video+audio signal into a rf transmission.
You can buy rf modulators or just use an old vcr or satellite box with a modulator.

There will be no stereo sound through rf no matter what you use.
