Unable to backup Conflict Vietnam on XBOX

I backed up Conflict Vietnam on the XBOX but every time I try to play it gives an error saying "Dirty or Damaged disc". Does it need a patch? Any help is appreciated.

Yes i have read rules and they state "Copying protected cd's is off-topic anyway". I am not trying to copy a cd or dvd, I am trying to backup a game unto the harddrive on my xbox. But thanks for the help.

And the charter also says "This means that if you post anything on how to obtain, copy, hax0r, backup"

1. Posting about Warez.
This means that if you post anything on how to obtain, copy, hax0r, backup, get a serial number for or otherwise copy or circumvent copy protection. We don't care if you want to back up your perfectly legal copy of The Sims. Copying protected cd's is off-topic anyway. There is a zero tolerance for this. If you break this rule, you will be permenantly banned and your post will be edited and/or deleted.

You're banned irish1, you really should know better.

You asked how to copy a game, and it's talking about how to copy games that is banned, no matter where you want to copy them or what reason.
