1. They are judged by your fellow baords posters.
2. Do you see the series of icons at the bottom left of each post? Click the scales, that will allow you to give postitve/negative rep as yous ee fit.

1) its extremely nerdy
2) It holds no valuable purpose
3) Its just gonna start a load of stupid whining.
