    That book is the Handbook Of Applied Cryptography. The book in question (court cases etc) was Applied Cryptography (Bruce Schneier http://www.counterpane.com/ ). I think I got my copy in Hodges Figgis a while ago. The HAC book would probably be harder to find (a bit like the proceedings of EUROCRYPT or CRYPTO). The counterpane site has a lot of good references though.
