UK sim free mobile phones

Its probably a really stupid question but I was just wondering if there are any restrictions on using a uk sim free unlocked phone in ireland? Are they exactly the same as our phones just with crappy blockers depending on the network of purchase... I just really don't get why the selection of phones is so crap on networks…

the t630 is available here on 02.

But yes you can use unlocked uk phones here. All the same.
