    Yes, if you have a video capture card in the PC. Connect a SCART lead to the Sky box, with a suitable connector at the other end for the PC's vidcap card, and use the supplied software (or something like VirtualDub) to record from the composite input.

    Check out the wonderful world of HTPC (Home Theatre PC) where they cover these kinds of topics.

    Also check out a thing called ShowShifter which will even go as far as automating your recording (i.e. you can program your recorder and even get it to change the channel for you).
