Where to buy expensive silver/white gold rings in Dublin?

    Ive seen some in Fields of Henry street but Im looking for something a bit more special. Any suggestions?

    Place upstairs in georges st arcade, handmade custom stuff, very nice. Next to the bagel place

    Weir's in Grafton Street have some amazing stuff. Some of it is unique once-off's.
    They also have a section selling antiques.

    BTW... White gold will always be more expensive than silver.
    And silver tends to tarnish and blacken... gold doesn't seem to do this so much.

    Word of warning as regards white gold. It tends to get dull in colour after a while.

    Give Whichcraft a look over in Cows Lane, Temple Bar.

    I got a very good white gold ring there. They have unusual designs from up and coming designers.

    Some of the old antique shops and such like will often have something which might be of interest and a little different. It depends on what it is you are trying to buy. What about outside Dublin or even online, at least for research purposes?

    Dublin antique shops are an absolute rip-off in my experience. It would honestly be worth taking a day trip to London or Paris if the ring was going to be expensive.

    There's a lovely little place on Wicklow Street called Rianoir, its across from the International and beside Butlers cafe. I bought a lovely white gold ring in there a few weeks ago, the prices are not as bad as i expected and the staff are lovely.

    I do believe you....

    But very fair, I bought a nice ring for a girlfriend there one christmas, and the stone amys (I started spelling it but got lost half way through) he resized it for free but the stone fell off after I gave it, and he remounted it and gave me a 10% off my next purchase...
