    On a related matter does anyone know if it is possible to order an individual match on Setanta Sports rather than ordering it for a month? I want to watch Liverpool v City on Saturday. I am fairly sure you have to order for a month at 12.99. Also if I sign up today for a month I presume I have Setanta Sports until the 17th of Sept and not just until the end of August?
    I emailed Setanta Ireland yesterday with these 2 questions but got no reply.....surprise...surprise

    I think you actually need to sign up for a minimum of 12 months.

    Does anyone know how you pay for it, is it by credit card only or will they take direct debit? Also when you ring to you talk to an operator or is it an answering machine?

    Actually folks heres a link to the relevant page on the Setanta site to order
    the service.

    Basically it works out at 8.33 per month if you order a annual sub, but if you really only want the premiership matches for the rest of this season it would work out at 7.14 per game, between 400 and 500% dearer than premiership plus. Basically I think if we subscribe on SKy we're only going to subsidise our skinflint cable cousins ?!?!?!?!?!

    AFAIK NTL are subsidising their customers.
