Pitching tent on Saturday morning at Oxygen

Hi All,

I have a question or two for all you veteran campers.

1) Im planning to camp at Oxygen this year but wont be able to get there and set up my tent until Saturday morning. Will it be too late at that stage to even bother or will there still be space left?

2) Ive also heard that theres two camp sites, A and B. Is this true and if so which is better and nearer the concert?

Yeah of course you'll be able to set yourself up on Saturday. There'll be a good load of people going down tomorrow but the majority will head down on saturday.

Cheers, so whats the dealy on the campsites A and B or is there such a thing?

We set up tent last year on the sat - worked out fine and doing the same again this year.

Yes there's an A and a B - can't really say which is better, it's going to be random depending on who ends up in the tents around you and what you make of it yourself.

We just headed for the one that seemed the most convenient last year, i.e the first one we got to:D

Camp site A will probably be full by the time you get there, it's the nearest to the car parks… well apparently so according to this very detailed map...
