Just like to wish all the lads/ladies who are doing their Junior/Leaving Cert the best of luck on Wednesday. Best o' luck lads, im sure ye'll do well.

after going through it last year, and coming as close to failing as you can (i failed 6 out of 6 in the mocks!) i know what it's like. good luck, and i'm sure ye'll all do grand.

I've got LC english first thing Wednesday morning. (oh shít!!)

As someone who's been too lazy to apply himself into doing any great amount of study all year, my expectations for good results aren't all that great.

) I got 2 A's, 3 B's, 3 C's and a D in me mocks without a bit study, plus their marked harder than the real JC so 0WNARED!

That's a stupid myth, they dont mark harder in mock's, they mark easier :O (or at least they did last year)

Thank Christ for Transition Year otherwise i would be doing the Leavin on Wednesday. Good luck to everyone doing it though coz i got a load of mates doing it this year (and most of them will be doing it again next year)

It's like this - I learnt to play the guitar for my leaving cert year. Did a rubbish exam (came out with 275 points), got to college, forgot everything I learned and started to learn properly. I now earn a nice little sum of money, have a good laugh at work and where I live and couldn't give a fiddlers about the begrudgers!
Guys in LC, if you think it's gone pear shaped, don't worry. See what happens and see what points you get. You may get offered a college place or you may not. You may want to repeat or you may not - it's only an exam - yes, it's one of the most important you'll ever do, but don't risk everything for it. A guy in my class had a nervous breakdown in September of the year as a result of the worry and so on.

Chill, be cool. You've got as much study done now as you're ever going to. Do not study tonight - go outside and enjoy the nice evening and don't even think about it.
