Just to let you know that Roy Harris will be doing a BJJ Course in NUIG, Sports Centre, August 14th.

He's a 2nd degree Black Belt in BJJ.

Hi Guys,

Just one month to go before Roy Harris arrives for his seminar in NUIG Sports Centre.
