can i add a campus.ie account to outlook?

and if so whats the pop info and is there anything else i need?

you should be able to.

you can do the opposite;
you can check other pop3 accounts from campus.

you can't get the pop3 info directly from the campus.ie site,
but if you email contact@campus.ie you might get an answer?
