How to RMA an item back to Jes Computer?

I tried searching but to no avail since the damn search facility only lets me search words more than 3 letters. RMA???????

Anyway, any ideas how to do it? The Website aint being too helpful displaying it all in German even when i click on English! :rolleyes:

1. you request an RMA number, they probably have form
on their website

2. once you get the number, you print it on the paper throw it in to the parcel, you package the parcel and white the RMA number outside the box

3. send it!

once again, fill in the form, that they will provide you with, they probably have it on their website, if not email them, once you get the number print it on the paper and put it into the parcel with you product(don't put it into your products packaging, put it outside near the product in the parcel) when you are done packaging write that same RMA number outside the box on a visible place with a marker

they need RMA numbers because it's easier to track their items when they get it! just making stuff easier for themselves nothing special

if you're having problems reading jes-computer pages due to them being in German use Babel Fish to translate the pages you want.

well i dont think its too difficult to figure out what "RMA Formular" means
