This seems really obvious - but I can't find it on the web. Who sang the song with the lyrics:- "I am the butterfly, I shed my father's clothes". I suppose its possible that I have confused the lyrics - but this is really starting to anynoy me. If its any help I reckon it was early 90s.

It's The Pale alright.

I think the song is called "(I am the) Butterfly" or something along those lines. 'Tis a great song, but can't find it anywhere either.

I think The Pale released some new material there not so long ago?
