The pub version of Sky Sports 1 is broadcasting FTA on that transponder. I am watching the rugby league at the moment!

I can get it on my sammy but the Sky digibox is not having it.

I think that your previous post implied with a hint of sarcasm that it didn't work.

I was asking if you were receiving (clearing) SS1 on a non sky dig receiver.

It is interesting that it is not available on Sky boxes. I guess this imples that the card may say 'I am NOT a pub subscription' and that the default encryption would be something like 'allowed to watch channed + is this NOT a pub' rather than 'Is this a pub??' which is how I always thought it worked.

Fulham - Blackburn on it atm. Dunno why its clearing as its showing up as Others/NDS on my reciever yet its opening. Oh well.

in the past I've had Adventure One, "ITV2 test channel" and also Boomerang all work on a FTA receiver.

none worked on Digibox.

Sky/NDS Videoguard obviously has "soft encryption" as the old videocrypt on analog had (You could watch MTV Germany without a sky analog box, but on a Sky box it was scrambled, except some older models you could disable videocrypt decoder on a per channel basis!).

yes boomerang and few other encrypted radio stations were unencrypted recently plus sky sports im my dreambox.

ps our local cable company has forgot to scramble premisership+ for the man united match

, and its not the first time they have forgot
