So where's the best place? Some ppl have told me that Xtravision is defo the best prices, but the range isn't as good.

I had a look in Virgin last weekend, mainly around £20, was £80 for the Aliens pack which looks good.

    Any thoughts?

    Al.

Xtra Vision the best prices ? I don't think so. Usually a few quid more expensive than the likes of HMV. Virgin have a reasonably okay selection but again prices are a few quid dearer than HMV. As for Tower Records, 4 or 5 quid more. HMV is your best bet, in Ireland anyway.

HMV Grafton Street have reasonable selection and prices. Surprisingly good range to be found in Virgin in Henry Street (not Megastore). Prices a bit higher but they deffo have stuff you don't see elsewhere on the shelves.

Actually, the best single selection I've seen is in Music-City (I think its called) in rathmines. Not necessarily the best prices but a very good range.

also its generally worth trying online first at E-Bid, Blackstar or Amazon.co.uk.

I bought the latest Bond DVD from Amazon UK recently (for £18 I think it was...). Even including the delivery cost, it was cheaper than it would have cost me to nip into town and buy it in Dublin. Plus it was delivered within 2 days. Nae bad. Blackstar's prices are supposed to be quite good, although I haven't investigated them far enough. E-Bid is worth checking out for new stuff (which may be Region 1) or the occasional rarity.
