A question about Irish town names

Is there a list of town names and counties in Irish available online? I was thinking it might be useful to have if people were curious to see what the place they come from is called in Irish, or somewhere they're visiting... Stuff like that.

You can get a nice little booklet from Foras na Gaeilge, but I dont think you can get it off the Web.
