The Samsung Spinpoint SP1614N is a good drive for the XBOX. Really quiet and doesn't run as hot as a Maxtor or IBM.

i've an older 80gb spinpoint which is reat i assume the bigger drives would be the same

Samsungs are great alrite, im very impressed so far.

Cheapest place to buy them is prob www.jes-computer.de , or mabye www.komplett.ie
