IKernel error (installshield error)

Since last month my laptop get a error when i try to setup some software. It said Ikernel Error,It is really anoying now,casue i can't install anyting on my laptop using installshield. anybody get anyidea? My os is windows xp pro and logon as an admin

Yes i do,As i said I logon in as a admintrator.
