FTV + NASN on same box, having a signal problem

    Hi, I need to pick the brains of the wise people here who know what they're talking about, so here's the problem;

    About 10 months ago, I got a FTV decoder and card, and I added my NASN subscription to this card. Everything worked fine, until the decoder went on the blink. So I got a new decoder, and popped my card into it. Now all my FTV channels are still working fine, but every day for a few hours on NASN I'm now getting no signal, and a message along the lines of 'This is not the correct card for this set-top box" on screen. After about 3 hours of this message, NASN returns to normal.

    Assuming that the decoder is UK, as UTV and 5 and the rest all work fine, does anyone know what could be causing my problems with NASN? They wouldn't have married my FTV card to the old decoder would they?

    Is there any easy way to sort this problem out?

    thanks

    daz

    You've answered your own question :). Yes NASN would be married to the receiver. Ring them and tell them that you had to replace your digibox. There should be no problem remarrying the card to the new box.
