Maybe you just had smaller hands 7 or 8 years ago.

They are getting smaller, I think and my hands haven't got any bigger.

This is standard practice with manufacturers, reduce the size of the product so you don't have to increase the price (as much).

[cue Homer Simpson voice] Hmmm, Cadbury's Cream Eggs.

They have definitely gotten smaller, even taking in to account that my hands have gotten bigger, my hands haven't grown that much since then.

I was in my local Super Valu at lunch today, and when I was at the biscuit counter I saw a big stack of those Cadburies Creme Egg 3-packs, and after deciding I wasn't going to eat three I opened one of them, took one out, and took it to the counter, and couldn't buy the bloody thing because it had no barcode, and I had to swap it with one of the yucky sweet-counter creme eggs, which was BROKEN and YUCKY and had BIG HOLES in it frown.gif

LTM, complain (to Cadburys) and see if they give u some free ones. I did with Cuisine de France and got £25 of vouchers (well I did nearly break a tooth when I found a bone shard in a sausage roll). And Smithkline Beecham gave me a load of stuff when I complained about the taste of Lukozade (they had apparently changed the formula).

When I was in school (about 16 years ago), we found a _old_ Tayto bag with a price of one and a half pence! I suspect it was from early to mid 1970's (at the time - 1984 Taytos were 8 or 9p)

[cue Homer Simpson voice] Hmmm, pigeons.

Didn't you always want an "Easter-Sized-Creme-Egg" that was the same size as the chocolate eggs you can buy in those boxes around easter, yet filled with all that weird stuff that taste's so good, rather the creme of the egg.

I did, but then i'm a greedy cow.

Monty, where are you that doesn't sell Creme-Eggs?? Mad place!

(Ever notice that no one else ever ripped off the idea till a few years back when all sorts of things became the filling of chocolate eggs).
