Vodafone-Friends For less

I recently applied for Vodafone's Friends For Less service and my numbers were registered.I even received a message to confirm the number's but I am still not getting the cheap rates.Is there any way to solve this withgout ringing Vodafone????

At the risk of asking a stupid question....

What time did you make the calls? Vodafone only apply the discounts at peak
times (between 8am and 6pm Mon-Fri) according to their website.

If thats when you were making the calls I think the only thing you can do is
ring Vodafone.
