Find busy channels on IRC?

I'm been scouring IRC for some busy channels. I have been to DALnet and undernet looking for busy channels on Linux (matches for redhat fedora) and Emulation (matches for Amiga etc). Everyone I find are very quiet? Some have 30 users on them but they info on them seem to suggest inactivity for more than an hour. Anyone…
