It's a petition demanding strict control or total elimination of the chemical "dihydrogen monoxide." They want it banned because

1. It can cause excessive sweating and vomiting
2. It is a major component in acid rain
3. It can cause severe burns in its gaseous state
4. Accidental inhalation can kill you
5. It contributes to erosion
6. It decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes
7. It has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients

It's good for the hair. I wash mine in it everyday. I don't care about the danger-I drink it as well because it gives my skin a healthy glow (or maybe that's all the chemicals).

It is truly scary
During the wars in China there was a dilebrate release of DHMO that killed one million people.

Lyophilization would be a partial solution.

And the coverup continues - doctors have played down reports of it's presence in all tumours.

Ummmm ok so this stuff basically is at the root of all evil that goes on in the world? Anyone else think that this stuff being blamed for:
1). School Violence
2). The El Nino Weather effect
4). Cancer

is a bit weird. They aren't really related. My flight was delayed last week... do you think that was DHMO as well?

Random blood testing of air traffic controllers has detected high levels of it .

DHMO has also been associated with GMO foods !
The meat industry has long been suspected of deliberatley adding it to their products though it has been denied as "part of normal processing"
