    Forgot I even had these. Two instruments, a compass and altimeter, from a JU 87B Stuka that crash landed during the Battle of Britain, after a raid on Tangmere airfield, pilot and gunner taken prisoner.

    The altimeter is thick with radium lume. Hot as feck and still faintly glows.😱 The compass has some residual radiation, but not too bad and long ago lost its fluid. Both were produced in 1939

    The Wagner Luftwaffe issued watch is still going strong. Great little timekeeper too.

    Many worry about Artificial Intelligence. I worry far more about Organic Idiocy.
