Use battery or leave charging

    Hi all!

Looking for some opinions on this. Just got new laptop and want to start out the right way. Previous one battery gone and not worth replacing.

Laptop used for playing music and radio and very very occasional browsing when taken out of the sitting room. Would be on a minimum of 3-4 hours a day, sometimes double that.

Use battery and then charge while still using it or would I be as well off as to just leave it on charge?

You can normally change a setting in the BIOS to always plugged in, on my Dell laptop it keeps the battery around 80%.
