    Probably best english team we have seen - well back 4/5 a bit dodge. But they can score goals all over the shop.

    England fully deserved the victory. Better team. No complaints. Despite their moments in the first half Croatia are a shadow of their 2018 squad.

    Very enjoyable match. The English will be getting excited, but it's a long tournament. Croatia did their best and still have plenty of quality.

    I'll give the Ghana v Panama match a go. Don't know much about either of them.

    Yeah I think England have a decent chance now with Kane on form who imo is the best striker in the game at the moment, and they also have one of the best managers in the game.
    Add to that the likes of a world class Rice, and an on form Bellingham with a potential redemption arc from rashford- they could go very close.
    Id really rather they don’t but I think they could.

    Of the 4 tournaments since 2020, I think this is England's worst chance. They looked better relative to the competition during each of the last 3
