That's terrible, it's proof that they don't like brown people.

When most of us say "social justice" we mean equality under the law opposition to prejudice, discrimination and equal opportunities for all. When Social Justice Activists say "social justice" they mean an emphasis on group identity over the rights of the individual, a rejection of social liberalism, and the assumption that unequal outcomes are always evidence of structural inequalities.

I've always said the SDs are more dangerous than PBP,at least you know what to expect from PBP but the SDS are an insidious cabal of far left zealots.

This case @Geuze posted in not still before the courts.

Afghan man in receipt of social welfare sent €45k to accounts in 6 different countries, gets suspended sentence.

    • Rahimullah Hotak was 19y/o at the time receiving various social welfare payments when he made 45 separate payments totalling €45,208.53 between Jan ’20 - Apr ’21. Sending money to Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Serbia, Greece, Turkey. The claimed the money sent was to a variety of family and friends.
    • Hotak returned to Afghanistan to get married after this all of this, but came back here knowing there was an investigation against him. He now has a child in Afghanistan whom he has never met. And hopes to return to bring his wife and child back to Ireland. Via Family reunification ……….
    • The judge handed him a fully suspended 18-month sentence because of the fact that it's been 5 years since stole the €45k and hasn’t offended since.

It's not clear when he came here but because his father was killed by a bomb when he was young, his mother felt it was safer for him to move to Ireland, with his a younger brother joining them later. Definitely asylum seekers. I'd say Hotak was roughly 16/17 when he came here. I'd say, he went back to Afghanistan to marry, have a child and returned here with the sole intention of abusing the family unification racket.

There is zero reason why these people cannot be detained and deported. If it was safe for him to go home, get married an dhave a child its safe for him to fack off.

EU approves 'return hubs' migration reform

The Returns Regulation is the final element of the EU Migration and Asylum Pact and creates common European rules for people who have gone through the legal process and have been found not to have the right to remain in the European Union.

I hope this will apply to the 30,000 asylum seekers already here waiting to be processed, and that no amnesty is granted to them. There's around 19,000 asylum seekers who have appealed their rejection.

Easily enough if it’s really wanted.

DoJ to president of Nigeria: “We have 100 of your citizens here who need to be repatriated”

Pres: “We will not be taking them back”

DFA call to EU explaining the situation.

EU call to president of Nigeria: “If you refuse repatriation, all aid is stopped and no visas will be issued to any Nigerian citizen to enter the EU until this is resolved”.

You don't believe in open borders.

Unfortunately that gets you on the far right list.

    Don't want open borders?

    That's a nazi.

Don't want tightening of social welfare acceptance criteria for those that have never contributed to the economy?

    That's a nazi.

Want to see tightening of visa acceptance criteria for immigrants?

    That's a nazi.

Want to see the abolishment of the refugee industry and Irish people being put first in Ireland?

Oh you better believe that's a nazi.

News from today ..... "Sweden has passed sweeping new immigration laws allowing authorities to revoke migrants' residency permits over claims of 'bad behaviour"

If Sweden can do this and they are part of the UNHR refugee convention, then why cant the Irish, UK and other gombeen governments do this asap ???

Migrants lose residency rights for 'bad behaviour' under tough new Swedish laws https://mol.im/a/15906669 via https://dailym.ai/android

The Swedes are obviously just being influenced by far right cranks.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the ever spiralling murders, bombings, drug dealing and sexual assaults seen in the country since they began accepting the great and the good from African and Middle Eastern countries.

    NOTHING.

Jonathan deBurca Butler was on Newstalk yesterday, he does a section every Wednesday called "Around the World", and he was talking about Sweden abandoning plans to reduce the age of criminal responsibility from 15 to 13 for serious offenders.

Sweden ditches plan to imprison 13-year-old serious offenders

    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0qy0dqldqjo

"The country is currently grappling with children being recruited into violent gangs, with more than 50 children aged under 15 appearing in court last year on murder or attempted murder charges, Justice Minister Gunnar Strommer said.

Sweden's centre-right government will now draft legislation to lower the age of criminal responsibility to 14 from its current limit of 15."

What wasn't mentioned by woke Newstalk(or the BBC article) is that over 1/3 of these kids are either born to at least one non-native parent or were born abroad.

"In 2023, the violence peaked when Foxtrot gang leader, Rawa Majid, entered into a deadly feud with a former friend named Ismail Abdo, who had become the leader of a rival gang called Rumba."

They're not exactly Swedish sounding names.

I mean there's been nothing on the scale of the 6th of January riots from the leftists.

There are also pro-palestine protests every Saturday in various locations around our country, the most trouble ever found at them was when Enoch Burke tried to derail one in Limerick, even then, he was the cause of it

Rte is reporting the motion passed by 418 votes to 218, with 30 abstentions.

Of the 14 Irish MEPs elected to the European Parliament, six voted in favour. They are Fine Gael's Nina Carberry, Regina Doherty and Sean Kelly; Fianna Fáil's Billy Kelleher, Barry Cowen and Cynthia Ní Mhurchú.

The Irish MEPs who opposed the changes are Fine Gael's Maria Walsh; Fianna Fáil's Barry Andrews; Sinn Féin's Lynn Boylan and Kathleen Funchion; and Independent Luke Ming Flanagan.

Both Labour's Aodhán Ó Ríordáin and Independent Ireland's Ciaran Mullooly were unavailable to attend the European Parliament this week for confirmed private reasons.

Independent Michael McNamara voted to reject the resolution.’

The vote passed by roughly 2 to 1 in favour yet less than half of Irish MEP’s votes for it.

Have you anything to suggest I'm "far right"

Stop dodging the question. Having an opinion you dont agree me doesn't make me "far right"

Discussing the main issue impacting the country and posting gript stores (all of which were true) does not mean I am far right.

Can you withdraw the accusation and apologise please.

I’m sure Ireland will commence a diplomatic offensive seeking support to formally sanction Sweeen for such racist, far right behaviour. I’m cringing with embarrassment for Sweden right now now!

Christ this Govt love doing business with off shore companies. Taxpayer money being transferred to tax avoiders. What a gravy train with the cheerleaders waving it on its way. I presume the Govt rigidly applies the RTB rules to its asylum seeker landlords. Bunch of bloody hypocrites

I listened to that yesterday - Think he said 50 minors were up on charges of murder/attempted murder in the last year alone

    _________

Simon Reeve's Scandinavia Ep3 was repeated a few weeks ago - The one where he goes to Sweden and Denmark

In Sweden, the Police showed him around their bomb squad dept - He marvelled at the new equipment they've had to invest in which was never needed before - this is just one of the little runarounds they've had to buy

He was also shown the display cabinet with the confiscated toys taken from the young lads

Sinn Féin sharing posts r.e EU vote from the same accounts that disgustingly photoshopped Ryan Casey in a Nazi uniform and superimposed his image on the face of Jozef Puska.

Wouldn't be surprised if these accounts are run from Sinn Féin HQ

Off topic, but I drove past Brian Stanley office today in Portlaoise and it got me thinking. Why hasn't that girl being charged with extortion? The evidence she tried to blackmail Mr. Stanley is in the public domain

So Harris won't release nationality data on housing lists and big Jim is struggling to release the data re ethnicity, country of origin etc, of people in the justice system - I suspect all is not well in those respective departments

For some strange reason I can't find anything on RTE regarding this, so this will have to do

"I listened to that yesterday - Think he said 50 minors were up on charges of murder/attempted murder in the last year alone."

He did. You're right, I meant to mention that. Shocking.

Did you listen to the segment directly after that on Newstalk? Something else I meant to post about. That HIV cases are on the rise in Ireland. Particularly in women. They had some representative from HIV Ireland on, she wasn't Irish from the sounds of her. Oh, but hang on, she said the increase is due to migrants. Anne Piercy is her name, and here's the segment.
