Looking for a drummer (Dublin)

    Hi there, I’m a musician (31) based in Dublin. I’m starting my own band and I’m looking for a drummer who’d be into similar music. I’ve mostly been a drummer myself but I’m writing my own music and it’d be great to find a drummer who’d be interested. I have a demo of a song I recorded that I can send on, feel free to get in touch.

    I’m into a lot of music but some of my main influences are: Motion City Soundtrack, Modest Mouse, Pavement, Jimmy Eat World, Alkaline Trio, Paramore, The Cure, Haircut 100, Blink 182, Nirvana, Djo, Hayley Williams, Jim Croce, Wednesday, MJ Lenderman, Hers.

    I like a lot of the stuff you like, I’m currently singing in a 4 piece. Punk, post hardcore, emoish sound would be what we aim for. We need a 2nd guitarist. Ideally someone who doesn’t mind singing a little and backing vocals. We jam in Trubadour on Richmond rd. any interest?
