20million in the metro area, 8 million in Manhattan. I lived there for a year. It's mad - and that was 12 years ago.

I really wish (sorry, politics) You Know Who wasn't going to Game 3. Just a distraction and probably brings bad luck with him.

Brunson's terrifying to watch - absolute icewater in his veins, whether in a good shooting game or not (like the last one, didn't shoot all that well). Wembayana is so well spoken and I loved it when he came during the regular season to NYC and played chess with some of the streetside chess players. Bright guy, brilliant future. Just not this series :)

It was incredible last night and I never thought it was over because they've shown they are never done so often this season and in the playoffs.

The confidence must be supreme after that last night.

Mitchell Robinson hasn't got many minutes in the last two months but he was very good when he got opportunities last night. Josh Hart is the underrated one in that team, he's an 8 credible rebounder at 6'5". They're a great, Brunson, KAT and OG are all superstars.

Another big comeback to win it. Brunson took over

Me too. They were so exciting to watch all year and to see a guy whose 6'1" dominating is awesome.

Someone should remind the Spurs they lost in 5 and didn't win a home game. Seeing Wemby say 'we dominated' and the media go on about how SA led for 2/3 of the minutes played, well, to quote NFL coaching great Bill Parcells, 'You are what your record says you are.'

And what they are is the losing team in the Finals. Maybe Wemby should've played more chess rather than drawing statues in Bryant Park prior to game 4.

Gods this has been great. Soooo many seasons ending in disappointment, and then a zoom through the playoffs and an exciting Finals.

NBA media way too quick to lionise Wemby. All the way through the West and for most of the season he’s been the NBA media’s darling representing ethical basketball (lol) but following this series he really needs to reflect on why he can’t put two halves of basketball together. I think Mitch Johnson needs to reflect too on an odd coaching performance.

The knicks winning is great for basketball and amazing to have yet another different winner.

Ah lads, in fairness Wemby is absolutely awesome. He didn't get it done as the star and leader of a team at 22, where the next two best players are 21 and 20. Not managing to topple a brilliant Knicks team is hardly an indictment of him.

Spurs will be challenging for years to come.

Sorry I should say I really enjoyed the Spurs up to the finals and the amount of ‘holy ****’ moments that Wemby has provided this season has been off the charts.

Just found the finals performance quite underwhelming given how well he did against the OKC. His stamina seems to be an issue given how low the minutes are in the regular season. And the Spurs as a whole haven’t figured out how to close out a big game.

I’m excited to see what happens with Wemby, Harper and Castle. Such talent and all so young.

I think the stamina/durability questions are fair enough, especially given the frame he has on him. On the other hand, he went through a brutal 7 game series against the Thunder where they set out to batter him whereas the Cavs obligingly bent over for the Knicks (not that they could have done much if they tried tbh).

There were plenty of moments in the finals where he looked incredible as well in my book. Just not the same relentless brilliance and balls of Brunson.

Wemby's biggest problem is his mouth. He needs to shut up and keep showing it on the floor. You never heard MJ, Kareem, Kobe and most other greats blowing their own trumpet.

Imo he's not the best big man, he's behind Jokic.
