What happened to the barrister who killed somebody on their land

A couple of years ago there was a case of a barrister who shot and killed somebody who was on their land. Somewhere out tallaght way I believe. He was claiming self defence. Does anyone know what the outcome was?

Just mute him, I did it about a year ago and never bothered me since. There was nothing being added to the conversation so no great loss.

Perhaps take your own advice. If you are the only one who found it ambiguous then perhaps it is you that is wrong.

There is a difference between what is ambiguous and what someone thinks it means. It is not decided by a majority either.

I dont think that it means that I KNOW it means that. The barrister is the subject of the sentence. Subsequent use of "their" refers to the subject.

You said you though it was clear, now you are sure. Consistency is not a strong point, no more than accuracy. Barrister is singular, their is plural.

It is still a plural word, there is no other plural. The issue is ambiguity.
