Just asking, did anyone get paid for the Central Bank survey for €4 that had a very strange ending?Survey 29748.I still have the survey on my home page and can still enter it.I'm tempted to try it again to see what would happen but it took ages and maybe it could cause me problems with RED C(which I don't want).

Central Bank surveys have exceptionally odd attention/bot trap questions.

Also seem to have a strange way of ending their surveys.

I did 29748 on 26th May but haven't been paid. Same day I was paid for a €4 one that I've no recollection of ever doing and have no saved email for.

I was too but they just bumped me off the panel and wouldn't let me cash in my points either. I would stay clear or cash out as soon as u can

Thanks,I am on it for years and getting regular pay outs of €5 to pay pal.But lately I am getting loads of surveys that I can not complete due to the lack of options for my category .eg. What is the annual turnover of your organization? What is your position within your organization There is no option to say I am retired.I just have to go out of the survey.I was just wondering are other people getting these sort of nonsense surveys.I'm sure that if I continue to skip these surveys I'll be banned.

Anyone else have issues today with a red c live survey? 3rd party survey looked like one from irish opinions tbh. Got email on phone while at work this morning, survey was laptop only. We are not allowed use work lcomputers to access private emails so had to wait till I got home from work. Survey said 15 mims and it was about broadband and phone providers. It took AGES and I was already on it 13 nins and STILL only1/3 of the way through so already almost over estimated time for entire thing. Went through a series of multiple choice questions, them was dumped out without warning, saying sorry you do mit qualify for this survey. I was SO ticked off. This is dreadful messing and an obvious data grab get the data/info they are after without paying. Maybe not red c themselves, but they are hosting more 3rd party surveys lately and this has been happening more regularly and it doesn't look good on them.

I emailed and complained but red c customer service has gone downhill in the past 9-12 months also and it can take up to 2 weeks to get a reply, that's if they bother to reply at all. I've been forced to ring them on 2 different occasions to sort out issues where they have refused to answer emails and no doubt they will soon change numbers and delist it to stop people from contacting them this way. Not sure what's happened them but they used to be way better than these typess of scammy, low down behavior

Yes this can happen. Might be an idea for you to proactively contact the customer help of whatever company it is and point put these issues u are facing. It might be enough to stop you getting banner or support your case fir an appeal if they DO try to ban u. You can then show u tried your best to highlight and sort the issue

Not for phone providers but exact same thing happened to me with electricity providers a little while back.

I find it’s best not to get too annoyed when surveys tap out for whatever reason and just move on, I used to get annoyed and treat it like a them and us kind of thing but what’s the point

Plenty of times I’ve had. 20 minutes pay out after 10 minutes

A little off topic, is anyone using the gmail app for iPhone, and not receiving notifications and emails until you actually go into the app?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23 DeeDee44

Yeah I usually don't get annoyed but enough is enough. Screened out after 15 nuns ffs and when I KNOW its a scam. Dint care if its red c or the 3party companies fault. Still not right. Cos they are basically giving u middle finger and saying " thanks for working for nothing u plonker"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,704 ✭✭✭✭OmegaGene

you could have made a mistake in one of the sneaky questions

I was ten minutes into a nors 20 minute survey and it told me the survey was full 🤷

Nope I didnt. I was VERY careful as I am with any of the red c surveys. I used to do irish opinions and the were awful for that kind of carry on dumping people put of surveys when halfway through or more to avoid paying out once they had got their data for nothing. Thete were pages of complains online about them ripping people off like that and in other ways. I shud down my account when they started demanding biometric ID and to scan your fave and passport in some AI Verification site in ESTONIA of all places. VeriffI think it was called.. fotvthe sake of a lousy few 10 vouchers?? I ssud no blinkin way and closed the account. But I knew from survey layout yesterday it was one of irish opinions jobbies. They hsbrnt changed I nyeses. Went onto trustpilot and checked them out STILL people complaing of being ripped off by them right up till last week the complains were. Dumped put of surveys, rewards withheld or delayed, surveys much longer than stated, people having account balances wiped and being accused of lying on surveys. Same old sane old. Irish opinions were at that BS at least 8 years ago. Just rinse and repeat cos they know they'll always get newbies wno are not wise to them.

Funny, I'm with IO for about 6 or 7 years and can't say I've ever had one issue.
