Taskmaster (Greg Davies sets some comedians daft challenges!)

I watched a couple of episodes and it was only okay I thought. There’s something about either the format or maybe it’s just the 3 watching that doesn’t sit right for me. Kind of less than the sum of its parts.

Buzzing for the next line up, hopefully the tasks can match it.

Really enjoyed that series. Was worried that TM was starting to date a few series ago, but after this watching this series, and looking at the line up for the next one, it's still going strong.

The format is great so it’s all down to the contestants. You can have tasks that don’t work, but if the contestants are fun then it’s still good TV

Really enjoyed these five. Worried for the next season as Ayoade and Lucas can both play “not bothered” and that rarely works in taskmaster but we’ll see

Enjoyed the last series. Good mix of participants who actually seemed to get on.

Not sure about the upcoming series, as others have commented Richard Ayoade's dry style of comedy may not suit the format.

That said, my big reservation is Nina Conti doing her ventriloquist act.
