anyone know what these cables are found near back of garden oil tank and close to electricity pole

    i'm thinking it might just be an old phone cable that was never removed and is embedded a bit into the ground? have no idea really, didn't touch it ( yet 🤣 )

    Is it in a coil? The twist I see could be a power cable.Excavate carefully.Phone cable would be my 2nd choice

    How about something ESB Networks left behind that is normally used when they work on the pole to earth it.

    My money is on it being leftover cable dumped and weeds growing over it.

    If it's copper, there is probably over €100 worth there.
