Ticketmaster U001 question

Quick ticketmaster question.

So I'm getting tickets for Sabaton for my 2 teenagers as Christmas presents. Ahead of myself! I decided to buy them 2 tickets each but put the transactions through separately so that I can transfer to each of their accounts at a later stage.

Put the first transaction through no prob, but on the second go round it gave me a U001 error. Am I blocked forever from buying more Sabaton tickets? Is it just during presale? Any ideas?!

It means the code has already been used. Some codes are only good for one transaction, so if you buy a single ticket and later try to buy another one using the same code you get this error.

You can only use a Three Presale code once.

Even if the ticket limit is 2 or 4 etc the fact that you used the code already means you can't use it again for a separate purchase.

They started this about a year ago. Not sure if this applies to all types of unique codes (artist, preorder, three, etc) or only some of them.

All sorted out now. In any case it looks like I didn't need to buy as separate transactions as they all get lumped together in the app anyway 🫠. You live and learn!

Did you notice any VIP tickets in this mornings presale? My father really wants signed merchandise and if the VIP tickets were relatively decently priced, I was gonna get them but no VIP and I was on straight away.
