What's the best way of bringing these roof tiles back to life I.e refresh them?

I was also wondering does power washing roof tiles potentially damage them?

I have powerwashed many a roof. I would spray on a diluted pathclear solution, patch test for safety, brush into the tile of you have time and then power wash off. It will look like new.
