Only Alcaraz and the sun can defeat Sinner.

Jodar v Michelsen on now - it's like watching identical twins playing!
Both really tall, big shouldered, and wearing identical gear.

    Very confusing!

ETA - god i love watching Jodar play!!

    Jodar wins in 5 sets.

That clip of him seemingly shoving a ball girl....I wonder what will happen to him if anything...

I saw that and wondered if it was as it looked - i wouldn't have thought that was his style at all.

    Delighted he won.

ETA this other video shows that the ball girl tripped on the tarp at the back of the court. The same tarp, along with other advertising, that has tripped at least two of the players - RG seriously need to do something about all the trip hazards at the back of those courts.

Djokovic carrying on now. He was 2 sets up lost the 3rd set, was a break down and is now 3-2 up in the 4th.

Djokovic v Fonseca now into a 5th set...

Djoko-Fonseca 2 sets all.... smart money would have to be on Fonseca just on physical grounds, if he can keep his head.

The crowd are presumably going to go ballistic now, which will drive Djokovic mad - that could go either way though....

    Djokovic on the ropes now.

He's looked like he might drop dead for the last set and a half!

    But still stumbling on.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least if we wind up with a tie break. But I hope not!

And that is how you close out a 5 hour marathon against Djoko - 3 aces!!!

In fairness to Novak he went out on his sword.

Alot of players best chance now to win a slam. Especially the likes of Zverev and Ruud. I would have said De Minaur but he went out today

Djokovic gone. Great comeback from Fonseca.

Ruud going the scenic route against Tommy Paul, at least it's evening time this match

Imagine Aliassime is the highest ranked player on his side of the draw. He must think he has a chance to win it now.

Guaranteed new slam winner now isn't it? Zverev, Ruud and Berrettini the only players left who've made a slam final before I think.

Jaysus that was some comeback by Ruud!

Zverev certainly the favourite to win now and definitely the favourite to make the final from the bottom half but still some strong young talents in his half including Mensik, Fonseca and Jodar while Ruud is in good form. On the top half of the draw, Cobolli is my favourite to make the final and Berrettini is my dark horse, I think Italian tennis is in such a strong place and the top half of the draw with Auger-Aliassime the top seed remaining and not in convincing form.

How are we all watching Roland Garros?

I've got TNT Sports via Sky.

    Is truly awful.

    • Only one TNT channel devoted to the tennis
    • Mostly nothing on the red button. Sometimes there is - but is listed as highlights of a match from 2 days ago. But is in fact live tennis. Took me half a week to realise.
    • There's a big aversion to actually showing any tennis. Instead they feature the taking heads sitting around the big glass topped table. Or they send roving reporters to harass members of the public in the queue.
    • McEnroe is commentating. The guy does no research. "So John, tell me about <exciting new player>". Cue silence.
    • The split screens. ARRGHHH

I already have Sky Sports and got a subscription to TNT especially for Roland Garros after missing last year's final.
    So disappointing.

Is there anywhere else, online maybe, where I can access the matches I want? Right now Jodar is playing but they are showing Bencic.

Couldn't find anything ourselves so we watch on Eurosport on Arena TV (Serbia) via Express VPN via HDMI

Eurosport usually have a couple of channels showing at any one time.

Gigantic chance for Sabalenka to finally win the French open, all her main opposition crumbling.

In saying all that she'll probably lose to Osaka tomorrow.

Sabalenka is the heavy favourite if she can get past Osaka, but still plenty of tough opposition on the other half of the draw. They have the night session tomorrow night, which to be honest would be disappointing if you're a ticket holder.

And Jodar rolls on..... came back from 2 sets down to win against Carena Busta, who seemed to have injured his shoulder somewhat.

He'll run into Zverev next (presumably, but then again there's not a lot of presuming about this FO!!).

    That'll be an interesting one!!
