If it wasn't over before it was now.

Think that's curtains for Harry Byrne's Leinster career at the highest level.

    A rout.

They completely gave up for that one. Shocking.

    Hahaha. So true.

Need a Jonny type miracle but nobody like him on the pitch.

    Could hit 70 here....

A 28 point difference at half time.....

Nothing to do with the ref in fairness

Joke shop stuff. Bye bye Leo and jacques. Take your S.A. rubbish play with you.

Game well and truly over. This was always going to be a big ask but I expected better from Leinster. Cullen and the rest of them need to go at the end of the season.

A poor ad for the sport. First time I've turned off a final.

Surely the end for Cullen? Only so often you can flatter to deceive. UBB have been excellent to be fair. Not a weak link out there that I see

Byrne isn't a relation of a top 10. Too slow and easy to read.

This should be the end of Jacques and Leo. If defense is your entire MO and you concede 35 in the first half of a final you should be out on your ear.

I don't want to hear anyone say Harry Byrne should be our starting 10 any time soon. Absolutely brain-dead moment.

Is this a replay of last night

Not sure I can watch more of this.

I can’t wait for the excuse merchants to hang all of this on Harry Byrne

    Nienaber has completed his mission

    Leinster are a shambles

Cullen has facilitated all of this

Bryne is literally the only reason we've had any success in attack at all. We're actually making good ground with our carrying when we get in flow.

He will be back next year I'm sure.

Should have gone after the season he gave up on a URC semi just to lose an EPCR final anyway.

Probably the only positive to come out of it will be Cullen moving on.

Worst Leinster performance in years. Absolutely clueless in attack, every time we have the ball we're just counting down the seconds until we give it away.

Maybe it's the heat. We look completely off.

Change is needed at the top, absolutely sick of watchin our shite attack

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,422 ✭✭✭testtech05

Surely the play was to kick that out. Completely under the pump being dominated and go for a tap inside their own 22 with time up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,880 ✭✭✭leakyboots

Bordeaux coaches have done their homework, they've eaten the Leinster attack alive, disrupted the lineout and done a number with their own attack, they're a pure joy to watch.

Leinster scrum has gone well is about the best you can say. Can't see how they turn this around other than a couple of cards for Bordeaux

    Jesus wept. Get Frawley on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,170 ✭✭✭uptherebels

There is no if. Even showed a replay of it.

Turning ball over illegally isn't comparable to turning the ball over illegally?

If you are going to be upset about the ref not calling things, then you need to be upset about everything.

    🤣🤣🤣 We're getting annihilated in 9 from 10 contacts

Only hope is they sack Nienabar at half time and say stuff it let's play the Leinster way

Leinster well off it today. They look slow and lethargic. Bordeaux so much better. Very similar to last night with Ulster’s good start before they gassed. Bordeaux have a had a few nice bounces (the ball grazing Keenan’s hand and the try from the kick through) but have been on it. They’ve been so precise. Leinster looked out on their feet after about 20mins.

Worst fears about the weather have come through. I’ve zero doubt that it’s been a huge factor in these two finals, although the two French teams are better teams and I would have expected them both to win in ‘normal’ rugby conditions.

Byrne has to be taken off at half time, complete liability and not the time to protect the player. But odds on he’ll stay on to 47mins to save his blushes?

    What a poorly coached team.

Do believe they can show some pride and do better in the 2nd half but 28 points gap could just as easily become 40. Dear oh dear. Told myself last year I wouldn’t let myself get invested in another Leinster campaign until Leo and Jacques are gone, should have stuck to my guns as it’s the hope that kills you!

Ioane an absolute passenger. But who has stood up really?
