What is the smallest EV that will take a tow bar.

I don't need to tow a horse box just a small 500kg trailer that has never been loaded beyond 250kg.

From what I can tell I'm restricted to big heavy EXPENSIVE EV's if I want to tow anything with an EV?

I can almost justify a small new EV but not if it can't tow.

MG4 rated to 500kg. You can filter on towing capability on evdatabase

Beware towbar may only be allowed on certain variants of the car and may need to be factory fitted option as some newer cars have fancy trailer wiring and need to know they are towing so computer updates sometimes needed. Aftermarket options may be available. Ring Malcolm towbars in Dublin for guide prices for aftermarket. May easily be 600 euro fitted.

I understand where you're coming from but there won't be a DIY solution.

You'll need to check the t&c's of the warranty too.
