Very flat. Neither team look like they'll do anything in the All Ireland series going on that.

Dublin winning less ball from kickouts but turning over a lot of Westmeath attacks.

Maybe it'll take off in the second half.

Considering Dublin are most dangerous on the break, and the Westmeath half back line look very strong. It looks like two teams set up for counterattacking football. Neither side wanting to get caught out.

Has been interesting to watch live, gives better view of the setups and tactics. Probably seems dull on telly?

Most of Dublin games so far in championship were at “training pace” IMO - more worried about defensive structure than scores.

Guff about stuff, and stuff about guff.

Over 36k for leainster final isn’t bad. Mostly Westmeath fans

Isn't bad from Westmeath you mean. It's a worrying turnout for the intercounty scene in Dublin. Half of last year's final too almost. They've completely lost the capital at this point from a GAA point of view which is the exact opposite of what they planned 20 years ago.

I'm on the verge of a site ban. Please don't rage bait me, I'm easily triggered especially late at night!

Three in a row from Dublin, beginning to pull away.

66k for last years. Looks to be more westmeath than dubs at it too.

    Seems more lively now.

    What a score!

    One point in it

Whittaker gave one of the best individual performances I have seen in Wexford Park in that promotion play-off game earlier in the year.

Glad to see it wasn't a once-off. Looks like some player.

Paddy Small taking about 10 steps, laughable refereeing.

Westmeath subs having some impact. Once Westmeath run with ball they look dangerous

Westmeath in a great position, 3 up with less than 10 to play.

Too much sentimentality bringing on Heslin. They were in flow before he came on.
