What was the 1990s/2000s Balbriggan shopping center (not Millfield) like?

The ground floor on Quay Street, had multiple retail units, a barbers/hairdressers, a newsagent and Pharmacy.

There was a ramp from Quinnsworth out to a pedestrain entrance on Main st.

1st floor was entirely Quinssworth and then Tesco, Car park was on the roof (accessed from High st.)

There was a Market on the roof, along with another retail unit, that was at various times an Army Bargains and Bike Shop.
